广东省船舶工业协会会员企业一行莅临澳美铝业参观交流

2021年1月22日，广东省船舶工业协会组织了两家会员企业广船国际有限公司以及中船黄埔文冲船舶有限公司的一众工程技术人员莅临澳美铝业参观交流。澳美铝业副总经理王林生以及一众管理技术团队进行了热情接待。

GASI organize a visitation along with a group consist of engineers and technicians from 2 member units of GSI & CSSC, visited to PMI on 22nd, Jan. PMI Vice General Manager, Mr.Wang LinSheng, lead the management & technical team together to give them a warm reception.

澳美负责人带领嘉宾参观其重点生产车间，同时对铝加工行业上下游产业链、设备性能、制造过程、检测研发等进行深入分享与探讨。

PMI representatives led the guests for the Key Production Plant tour, meanwhile have had a explorations about industrial chain of aluminum, equipment capability, manufacturing process, material R&D etc.

在深加工车间，澳美铝业相关负责人向嘉宾介绍了精密加工车间近年来在机器换人、智能产线建设、精细化管理、产业链整合等方面取得的成绩。随后也介绍了其产品在交通轻量化、3C消费电子、海工船艇、家居装饰等领域的应用。

On fabrication plant, PMI representatives had introduce the achievement on robotic manufacturing, IE construction, refined management, integrated production chain etc. The introduction further toward the product application on industries such as Light-weight automotive, 3C consumer electronics, marine shipbuilding, home appliance & more.

最后，在座谈会上澳美铝业与各位嘉宾就船舶行业轻量化设计、船舶结构新材料工艺研发等话题进行了深入的交流探讨。船舶企业领导、广东省船舶工业协会领导分别给出了宝贵的指导意见，也分享到铝合金具有比重和弹性模量小、耐腐蚀、焊接性能好、易加工、循环使用、无磁性和低温性能好等特点，能够广泛应用于海工船艇。双方均表示今后将加强多方合作、强强联合共同推进船舶事业的发展与创新！

Guests and PMI representatives have deeply discussed about the trend topic on lightweight design, material development in ship industry & more. Precious opinion been given by the leaders from shipbuilding companies & GASI respectively, also share that the good characteristic of aluminum alloy having widely usage on marine shipment sector base on the smaller linear weight & good elasticity,corrosive –proof, good welding, easier to fabricate, recyclable, non-magnetic, good low-temperature performance etc. Both parties show the intention for future cooperation on further the development & innovation in shipbuilding industry.
